Red, Scabby Sores Near Buttocks. Painful, Dry, Scaly Skin. How To Get Rid Of It?

Hello, I m a 16 year old girl weighing 186.6 lbs, and I ve got an issue with my buttocks . Covering the sections closest to my crack on both cheeks, I ve got multiple red scabby sores. Along the crack I ve got a painful dry scaly skin going from the uppermost part to around an inch away from the Anya. What can I do to get rid of the sores and painful dry skin?

hi..thanks for your query
At this age, you should always consult a dermatologist before starting a therapy. The scabs may be due to infection or any eczematous disorder.Oral antibiotic therapy may be required.
Do not scratch the affected areas , as by doing this you might inoculate more infection from the surrounding contaminated areas.
For the dryness, you can use medicated moisturizers like cetaphil moisturizer to relieve the dryness.
Hope this helps.take care!
