Red Spot, Itching In The Area After Taking Steroid Injections. Suggestions?

I am currently taking steroid injections once a week. After the second injection about 48hrs later I got a red spot by the injection area. It is hard to the touch and is red and ichy. It s been 8 days since that injection. Also the injection was only into fat tissue . I just started taking antibiotics just because im paranoid

Hi.the red and itchy at the injection site can be thrombophleebitis .use hot compressors and apply thrombophobe ointment for better result
