Red Spot On Penis, Applied Cloben. Condition Worse. What To Do?

sir, i have penis infection. i noticed one red spot 20 day before.. after 4-5 days there were 3-4 more. so consulted to doctor. the medicines were acivir-400 3 times daily, ofloxine 200 2 times daily, fluconzole 150 once daily for 07 daily. I apply cloben-g cream daily 03 times. but the situation is worse now. the entite foreskin is red with liquid emerging. when the foreskin is removed there are creamt white stop. the red dots are emerg and after 02 days a big red are is developed at that place with pain and liquid. what to do

Hi...better show to a dermatologist... the first one gave you a cocktail of drugs to treat everything or anything without any diagnosis... but failed...so dont mess up this time...
