Red Spot, Swollen Knots On Testicular Sac. Painful. What Could It Be?

My husband keeps having what i think to be abcess on the testicular sack.. They look like just red spot on the skin and now has progressed into swollen clear knots that eventually bust but may not leak at the spot but may drain in another spot. It is getting increasingly worse and is painful for him. what could it be? YYYY@YYYY

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it appears to be the abscess in the sac of the testis. It would have developed from the boil on the scrotum.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have ultrasound scanning, for excluding the torsion of the testis.
Thank you.
