Red Spots On Arms, Back, Stomach, Legs. What Could It Be?

Hi My boyfriend has developed red spots on the tops of his arms, back, stomach , legs and feet . They are in clusters on the arms and vertical lines on the legs. We are on holiday and he is unsure what it could be? By looking it is not mosquito bites as they are relatively small in comparison to my mosquito bites. We have checked the bed for bed bugs and there is no evidence of any bugs. Plus the hotel is brand new. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

It seems he is having pitryasis roscea.

It is a viral infection.

It is self limiting and does not require much treatment.

Consult a dermatologist for confirmation.
