Red Spots On Body, No Itching, Allergic To Medicine Or Anthestic

My son is 14 and developed red spots on his legs that later spread to his stomach and arms but they don t each. Could this be an allergic reaction to some medicene or anthestic? He had a root canal yesterday

Red spots can be due to allergic reactions to medicine or local anaesthetic administered.
Please do visit your dentist soon.
Discontinue administering the medicines for a while.
Maintain oral hygiene well.
Swish with warm saline frequently.
