Red Spots On Palm, Burning Sensation, Warm To Touch. Help
my name is pradip,
For about 2 weeks now i have had something going on with the palms of my hands. They are loaded with little red spots, and when looked close upon have hundreds of little bumps. i havent changed anything, soaps , detergents... or anything else. The spots are always their and are uncomfortable when touched, and having a burning sensation whenever i touch anything warm.

Thanks for your query.
You seem to have developed pompholyx. It is a form of hand eczema. Pompholyx is aggravated by contact with irritants such as water, detergents and solvents.
You may do cold compresses and apply moisturizers .
Use a steroid cream twice a day by prescription.
Contact with irritants must be avoided as much as possible and protective gloves worn to prevent additional irritant contact dermatitis. Plastic gloves are preferable to latex ones.
