Red Spots On Penis, Itching After Sex. Started After Girlfriend Got Birth Control. Suggestions?
I get red spots that burn or itch after sex on the base of my penis and scrotum where it connects to my penis. there always in the same spots. It's been happening ever since my girlfriend got the birth control that shaped like a T that releases hormones. I can fill it rubbing my penis and she went to get it looked at by her doc. After that happened I started getting them. My question is could the hormones cause this if its releasing to much.
Hello Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have developed infection of the glans penis Ballanitis after unprotected sex. This could be likely to be due to allergic reaction to the birth control tablets that she is using in her vagina. Please discuss the issue with her gynaecologist about the possibility of this reason for your problem. In the mean while take antibiotics for couple of days to combat the infection. Avoid intercourse till this problem gets resolved.
