Occasionaly when I masturbate, my foreskin becomes rather red and swollen, it can also be very itchy and it produces a yellowish kind of watery substance which really stinks, I had sex about 2 months ago and I could masturbate however much I wanted before having sex, I'm seriously panicked as I've heard all this about STI's please help!

Redness and swelling of foreskin along with discharge only after masturbation means, it is unlikely to be due to STI. If it is to be due to STI cause it will be persistent till it got treated.
It may be due to minor injury or abrasions following forcible masturbation and subsequent secondary infection.
Consult your physician in person. He will examine you and treat the same very easily.
