Red, Swollen, Itchy Toes Oozing Out Light Red Fluid. History Of Being In Yard Barefoot During Rain. On Nystatin And Clortrimzone. Suggest

My 2nd toe from my smallest toe is red, a little swollen, itchy. It seems like there are a couple of layers of skin gone from the irritation and it oozes clear to light red fluid between the toes. I am not sure whether if it is from being bitten from a bug or when I went around the yard barefoot alot when we had a lot of rain and it flooded. I applied Nystatin for a couple of days and the large blister seems to have gone but the skin irritation is still there. I am now applying clortrimzone but can't seem to find relief. What can it be?
