Yes, I have always had very good facial skin, no acne, no problems until about a month ago I had a red bumpy patch right under my chin it was kinda of tender to the touch, then red bumps on chin, and now same red bumps around mouth and under left eye- about three or four small red bumps in a patch- a little itchy not bad though just very annoying to loo at--- any ideas?

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi. thanks for writing to HCM.

Seems you have an acne breakout. I would advice that you see a dermatologist.

Your doctor might ask you to take an oral antibiotic like doxycycline or Azithromycin.

Your doctor might ask you to apply topical antibacterial gel like clindamycin or benzoyl peroxide gel over the spots once or twice daily.

Use a mild cleanser twice daily.

take care
regards
