Red, Warm Lumps On Leg. Cramps, Difficulty Straightening Leg, Painful, Distended Varicose Veins

2 weeks ago I thought I was experiencing sx of Plantar Faciitis....like walking on a rock on my left heel. Progressed to ankle and up left leg with red, warm lumps forming on shin, outer calf then upper to mid calf. Cramping was terrible. Then progressed to back of thigh . Can not straighten the leg and either flex or extend the foot . Can extend when knee bent. Can not stand still, dangle my leg or rest the calf on any surface but my bed. Most of the time can barely walk. Cane helps but not a lot. Now bottom of foot is numb from base of toes to heel, especially outside area, and this wraps up both sides of the foot. Touching the inner ankle is painful the entire foot and up the back of the lower leg. I get sudden Charley Horses from buttock to mid foot. The varicose veins are distended and the leg swells but not dramatically. I have no health insurance and am on Soc Sec survivor s benefits, so no medical care money.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it appears that you have arthritis, of the joints as well, besides plantar faciitis. So i advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis, and treatment.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, and one then injection a week, and pain killers when needed.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods.
Thank you.
