Reddish Blotches On The Penis After Having Sex. No Pain. What Are These?

Hi I was wondering if you could help me?
Around my penis and on the inside of my for skin I have been getting small red blotches some with white tops on. They started as just a few then more and more, They completely go away after a few days but after having sex or masturbution they come back it doesn't irritate or hurt in anyway it doesn't hurt or sting when I urinate.
