hello i have a painless kind of redish bump on the tip of my penis, it is painless and i have had it for about 12 years... i am 19 years old i have always just been too afraid to approach anyone... it seems like it is filled with water , and it does not irritate me at all, nothing secretes, its just there i dont know what it is please help
