Reddish Itchy Bumps Recurring. What Are These?

Hey, I'm a female of the age of 15 and I have these little red bumps, they stick around for like a month, then go away and come back again in the same spot. There's not a lot of them, there's only about 3 or four sometimes they itch and hurt and -very rarely- bleed.
It's really scaring me. Please note, I've never participated in any sexual activity what so ever, I've never even kissed someone.

What could it be?

Hi, It seems that you are having lichen urticatus , also called papular urticaria. Take antihitaminics, short course of steroid in tappering method. Apply calamine lotoin . Avoid soap bath. Keep away from insects..Remember, it is not contagious. It is just hypersensitivity to insects.. Ok
