Reddish Spot After Using Acne Cream. How To Reduce Redness?

I was using an acne cream which was prescribed by my dermatologist. It gives a stinging sensation when i apply it on my skin,but recently,it leaves a reddish spot around my acne which is very embarrassing. This acne cream is a stronger dose because initially i was applying a gel form of acne treatment. How to reduce the redness of my acne spots?

Redness of acne spots can be reduced by short contact therapy of acne creams or application of moisteriser along with antiacne creams.iif redness already occured stop antiacne cream for few days and start applying moisteriser daily until redness subsides
