Reddish Spots On The Face And Neck. What Are These?

so yesterday i woke up and i found these tiny red dots/bumps on my face. I Know it s not pimples becuase it doesn t feel like one and i usually have clear skin. Although i did sleep outside that day but it doesn t look or feel like mosquito bites. I wash my face everyday. So i don t know whats the promblem. It still on my face and neck and a like a couple showed around my body too. Help Please

Are these red bumps itchy? As you have given the history of sleeping outside and noticing it first thing in the morning there is a high chance that it might be insect bite allergy which we call papular urticaria. Papular urticaria is usually itchy and need not be due to mosquitoes all the time.
