Reddish Swollen Spots On The Body With Itching. Teczine Prescribed. Allergy?

Dear Doctor,
I'm presently suffering from allergic skin condition where i've seen many red spot through out my body which is little swollen in nature and some are itching too..the portion got itching and which i scratched that left some black spot later on which are not disappear or sometime it's giving permanent marks mostly on my feet and lower portion of the knee. I'm consulting a dermatologist over 3month but unable to get any great feedback yet. Where doctor asked me to consume " teczine' and asked to apply linimoist..and soap candid 1%

Hi,
It seems that you are having lichen urticatus, also known as papular urticaria.
It is cutaneous hypersensitive reaction to insects.
Insects may be bedbug ,flea or mosquitoes.
Take steroid in tappering dose for 2 to 4 weeks.
Take antihistaminics till you get relief in itch.
Apply calamine lotion for soothing effects.
Avoid soap.
Use dettol liquid for bath.
Keep awy from insects.
You might be alright in few weeks.
However, it may relapse.
You consult you dermatologist again and discuss about your disease...ok
