Redness And Small Lump Formed On Leg After Hitting Hard. How To Remove It?
Hello! I got hit on my leg (above the knee and thight) really hard about 1 hour ago and it immediately became red. Now the red is gone, but I also have small lumps , like tiny ondulations, on the site of the smack... like I have cellulitis or something (and I absolutely don t have cellulitis). Is it permanent? What should I do? Thank you for your attention! Catarina

it is not permanent.. i ll resolve in 2-5 days
follow these steps .
1. rest
2. ice at the site of pain
3. tie a creap bandage
4. elevation of the injured limb.
