Redness In Arm, Fever, Hurts To Touch After Injecting Meth. Need To Go To Doctor?

Hi i injected meth into the top of my wrist. It did not burn i didnt get a rush but i was kinda hi afterwords and now a day and a half later, from the top of my fingers to halfway up my arm is red with fever, hurts to touch and move. It registered but i might have poked through the vein once i started injecting. How will i know when to go to the doctor if it doesnt let up

Hi, your signs suggest infection/ cellulitis.

You need to visit your doctor now for further management. Till then take NSAID like ibuprofen 400mg and cold compression.
