Redness, Itchy, Fine Lines In Scrotum. What Could This Be?
hi... im 26yrs male... from the time my weight is increased from 62 to 78KG the area near scrotum on my thighs have become red and itchy also a very smooth shiny lines like stretch mark have occurred on both thighs of the affected area. if i dont wash it daily it stinks badly and dead skins come out when i rub. kindly suggest.

This is most likely fungal infection of the groin, due to persistent contact between two surfaces.
This can be got rid of by
1. Keeping the area clean and dry.
2. Weight reduction.
3. Anti-fungal creams.
