Redness N Breach Of Penile Mucosa Of Shaft Of Penis Under Prepuse. Effect Of Intercourse? Treatment?

One of my patient's complain- he feels redness n breach of penile mucosa of shaft of penis under prepuse.. Some tym a slight blood may also seen which is negligible. After dat he feels burning sensation n pain of mucosa of shaft of penis just under the corona.. Is it ll b happened during intercourse also.. What should i prescribe him.. He has prblme of smega also.. Frequency of urine also increased but blood sugar level is normal...

It seems that foreskin must be more than enough, in such situation circumcision is the only option remained, if not done in time then chances of phimosis is more likely, the over all complain are due this skin once the circumcision done evry thing will be OK take care good day ( Smegma is carcinogenic material, according to study cricumcisied person have very less chance of penile carcinoma)

Thanks for posting query.
From history it seems that he might have poor local hygiene leading to collection of smegma under fore skin and might be having bellano prosthitis.
Bleeding might be from sore glans or some injury to frenulum while doing sex.
Ask him to keep local hygiene clean and healthy.
Make a habit to clean smegma by averting fore skin while taking bath.
Meanwhile you may prescribe some antibiotic medicine course to cure local infection.
He can apply antibiotic cream locally.
