Redness, Pain And Red Pimples On Penis After Having Sex. Help

a few months back i had sex with my wife .she was mensing. after that i noticed redness .pain and pleasure and red pimples on the front part of my penis . after a week i found the front part of the foreskin of my penis had a white discoloration about an inch. i aslo felt a tightrning on the foreskin .there is a crusty , cracked skin on the top of the foreskin . it pains when the foreskin is pulled back. i feel shy to consult the doc. please help.

Thanks for your query.You have developed a white discoloration of foreskin and redness of glans penis after a sex during menses.First you have to check your Blood sugar level Fasting and Post lunch to rule out whether you are diabetic or not because these things are very common in diabetes.You definitely have a what is called as Balano Postatitis.Pl ease take Tab Fucanozole(Zocon) 50 mg a single dose and apply Daskyl Gel to glans and foreskin twice daily after cleaning the ssme twice daily.Do not neglect to rule out Diabetes.
