You are asking advise for which problem, kindly be specific. still from your narration two problems are there, one is your increased weight, change in menstrual cycle and other you have not conceived yet. There is a biological cycle for reproductive function, which is at peak on an average in the age group of 20-35 years or may be till 40 years of age. As a female approaches 40 years of age the Menstrual cycle does changes and keeps on changing till
menopause. it could be accompanied with mood changes, weight gain, pain in joints etc.
I advise you to plan your family at the earliest because you are approaching the end of your fertile years. Moreover

1. Avoid Junk Food
2. Increase fruits and salads in your diet
3. Go for healthy snacks
4. Add one hour of brisk walk to your daily schedule, it would be better if done twice a day
5. Try to keep a happy state of mind, optimism is the solution for many problems
6. Try to include some kind of Hobby classes
