Hello
It seems from the history that you are having cold sensation and you are on treatment with levaquin antibiotic.
The symptoms indicate cold and upper respiratory tract infection. The nasal spray are short acting nasal decongestants and the action is usually short lasting and the symptoms will come back once the action is over. The definitive treatment is by using antibiotic drugs.
The antibiotic needs to be used depending on the culture and sensitivity report. Hence consult your doctor for prescription of antibiotic depending on the sensitivity report.

Thank you
