ive had a cough for a few weeks which is gradually getting worse iv also got a very sore throat finding it hard to swallow and have a few dark red spots at the back of my throat, im not eating properly feeling tired but cant sleep, got a very bad headache, ear ache and go dizzy and weak

Hi you have a throat infection. Do salt water gargling and steam inhalation.
You need a course of antibiotics and anti inflammatory medicine .
Do consult your doctor for this. Because all these are prescription medicine.
