Remedy For Piles After A Childbirth

I am kavita,28 years old, I think I am suffering from piles after my delivery, before 1 & 1/2 year i delivered my baby ,and after that i am suffering from piles but i am not sure because sometime i am suffering after 2 to 4 days again everything is normal again after 2 to 3 months i feel paining

Hi dear.I would do a local examination to do decide the treatment plan.However advice fiber rich diet with plenty of oral fluids and regular brisk walk to avoid associated constipation.
