Removed Colon, Rectum, Gallbladder. Abdominal Pain, Blood In Stool, Burning Throat. What Is It?

Doctor I'm 59 yrs old. I had my colon removed the age of 24 and rectum removed 4yrs later. Last August I had my gallbladder removed. I'm having abdominal pains now, feels like my stomach & have been getting bleeding in my stool, when I empty my bag from my ileostomy. Also I've been experiencing a burning feeling at times coming up my throat. Please tell me what your guesses might be. I'm probably going to ER tonight.
Thanks Eddie
