Removing Blackhead On Nose Has Caused Redness And Feels A Little Ruff On Nose. Need To Be Concerned?

I was helping my 12 year old daughter,
In removing a blackhead on her nose.
I only used pressure by squeezing it until it finally release but too about half hour of messing with it.
In doing so it is now very red and feels a little ruff over redness?

I'm hoping this hoes away and is not some type of crazy scare now?

It even feels a little ruff where the redness is?

Hi,
Due to squeezing the part becomes sore and likely there might be producing infection.
Apply antibiotic cream locally and some ice packing.
If problem increases then go for oral antibiotic medicine course.
Ok and take care.
