Repeated Infection In Right Tonsil, Tonsil Stones. Rinsing With Mouth Wash. Have EDS, REM Disorder

54 year old male with EDS and REM disorder. Right tonsil has repeated infection including tonsil stones, ongoing about two years. Above and behind this is a 10-15mm tag looking growth with dead looking skin with dark shadow within it. If I rinse with antibacterial mouthwash pain travels down under my jaw and ear. Has been slowly growing for last year or so.
