Repetitive Ultrasound Scans During Pregnancy Can Cause Any Side Effects?
Hi, am writing to you from India. Am 11 weeks pregnant. I have undergone 2 preliminary scans to confirm pregnancy and thereafter 3 abdominal scans so far, one of which being first trimester dating scan.
1. I would like to know if there are any side effects of repetitive ultrasound scans?

Hi dear and thanks for your query.
First - ultrasound scan have no side effects as per you and your baby because it doesn't work with beams.
Second - another ultrasound that is very important after that you have confirmed that your pregnancy is inside uterus and fetal heart beatings, is TIFFA SCAN during 20-24 weeks of pregnancy and blood Flux in the arterial brain of fetus,and this should be done when your pregnancy will become 32 weeks.
