Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
The fine needle aspiration cytology of the breast lump suggests presence of cancer in the right breast.
You need to consult a surgeon with the report for further management.
Management consists of surgical excision of the whole breast since a malignant lump is present.
Histopathological characterization of the lesion is needed to know the histological subtype.
Immunostaining with ER, PR and Her 2 neu also need to be done to know which patients will respond to hormonal therapy..

Thanks and take care
