Respected Sir/Madam
My name is Anuj Gaur and my age is 26. I have shoulder dislocation problem. My shoulder was dislocate in December 2013 & again my should dislocated due to take heavy weigh after 5 days back....
I want to doctor he operate me and fix my shoulder and give me advice to take rest for three weeks.

I am from Jaipur Rajasthan so can you give me any suggestions for recovering my shoulder by ayurvedik treatment & for future safety....
