Restless And Heavy Chest, Difficulty In Exhaling, Feeling Of Little Swelling In Chest. No Diagnosis Made From Various Tests. Ideas?

Hi I feel restlessness and heaviness in chest. As if oxygen intake is fine but difficulty in exhaling CO2 . I am 38 years of age and mother of 8 years child. I have got various tests done but reason could not be identified. Can anyone help with this query. Also I feel little swelling on my chest area. I am very worried what could be the reason?
