Right Abdominal Lump, Painful During Period. Suggestions?
on Saturday I found a lump on my right lower part of my abdomen it didn't hurt that much. on Monday I got my period that's when I started with a little pain and yesterday the lump didn't let lay in my right side.my pain is getting stronger and it hurts to sit to stand or just to make a move. the lump is more close to my upper thigh and now is kind of going to my lower back what could be

From history it seems that you might have enlarge, infected lymph nodes in groin area giving you this trouble.
You might be having some infection in near by area giving rise to lymph node enlargement.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
With one antibiotic medicine course you will be alright.
