Right Eye Protrudes More Than Left Eye, Twitching. Anything To Worry?

i noticed 2 yrs ago that my right eye protrudes slightly more then my left eye. at the time an eye doctor did some tests and said that it doesnt look like an issue and i was probably like that since birth. recently i developed a slight twitch in that eye. not a noticeable one but annoying. i have an appointment to see a doctor in a few days but in the meantime i would like to hear if this sounds like a serious concern or something minor.

A: Eyelid twitches are spontaneous and uncontrolled spasms of the muscles that move the eyelid. They are usually more annoying than serious and may be triggered by factors such as overwhelming stress or fatigue. While eyelid twitches tend to stop on their own, a family doctor or ophthalmologist should evaluate any twitches that spread to other parts of the face, affect vision, or continue for more than two weeks.

Ophthalmologist Dr. Dadapeer K's  Response
Hello,
It seems from the history that you are having proptosis of one eye for which you were evaluated previously.
Just check whether you have undergone thyroid tests evaluation, because it is the commonest cause for any type of proptosis.
Isolated twitching can occur occassionally and for this problem you need to worry much until it is recurrent or persistent.
Thank you
