Right Ovarian Cyst, Abdominal Pain, Upper Abdominal And Side, Ruled Out Gallbladder And Appendix. Cyst Ruptured?

I have a right ovarian cyst with some debris . I have abdominal pain on the same side as the cyst, but it is upper abdominal and my side. I have been to the ED and they ruled out gallbladder and appendix. Is ti possible for me to still have refered pain of this manner for two weeks still? How wouls I know if the cyst has ruptured?

pain of ovarian cyst can occur in lower abdomen as well as lumbar and some times in upper abdomen.
Ruptured ovarian cyst is usually an surgical emergency.signs and symptoms are usually lower abdominal pain, if bleeding is more than features of hypotension may develop. Sometimes abdomen may become tense and abdominal wall rigidity may develop. IT can be detected by ultrasonography and confirmed by diagnostic laparoscopy
