Right Ring Finger Suddenly Appears Like Blood Has Come To

Right ring finger suddenly appears like blood has come to surface from lg knuckle to cuticle. this encircles finger. First appeared beneath finger. Color is not purple, more dull burgundy. Have not injured finger. There is slight tenderness when squeezed. Appears very slowly encircling the finger. Movement of finger not restricted. I am not on any blood thinners, only baby aspirin daily. Should I see my PCP?
