Right Side Chest Pain. Had Usual Body Exercise. Done Chest X Ray

I am experiencing right sided chest pain. It started last Thursday and initially I thought I had sustained a muscle tear during my usual body exercises and thought the pain would soon disappear. I have seen a doctor you ordered a plain CXR. He told me he would give me a call if results turned to be abnormal and two days down the line I have not received a call.

Hi dear
Welcome to the HCM,
right sided chest pain has got so many reasons. It could be simple muscle pull. some chest infection like pneumonia, inflammation of lung covering (pleura), or some pathology in the liver /gall bladder, etc.
Detailed history is required for specific explanation.
You did not received the call from your doctor it means nothing is wrong except some muscular problem.
Requires some antiinflammatory and analgesics to relieve.
Hope the query is answered.
Thankd
