Right Testicle Bigger In Size, Hangs Lower, No Pain, Loose Feeling

hi....my right testicle is bigger in size and hangs lower,,,,no pain ,,,,,i was facing problems like extra looseness in testicles,,,like sometimes it remains normal,,,but sometimes it loosee dat much dat it creates a lot of problem in doing anything even walking or sitting......this thing creates a lot of problem in my mind even....i had dis problem from last few years....every now and then dis problem keep coming into my mind even when it feel normal
