Right Testicle Small, Left Testicle With Fluid, Bent Penis, High BP And Sugar, Weakness Post Sex
its feel me embrassed that so many problem with my penus. 1. Rt ball is very small while the left one is large like containing fluid in it. 2. penus bent (curved) left side since two year (peronies desease). 3. I am taking medicine for high blood pressure since 4-year and high sugar since 2-year ( Fasting 130 & Random 140 after using medicine. 4. Feel week during sex with wife.
Small rt testis is usually not of concern, unless you have not completed family yet.
The other enlarged testis has to be examined by a urologist/gen surgeon to confirm if it is only fluid collection or something else.
Regarding penis, if the diagnosis is peyronies disease, as confirmed with your urologist, the initial treatment is medical, surgical option may have to be undertaken later.
Weakness during sex is due to a combination of factors like peyronies, diabetes and high BP. Kindly consult your urologist, as help is available, in the form of medicines to get better erections to start with.
It goes without saying that BP and sugar need to be under strict control.
Get well soon.
Dr G Srinivasan, urologist.
