Ring Type Mark At End Of Penis, Want To Increase Sperm Count.
last 16 years 4-5 times a day. Now there are majorly two problems....first I ve cum in a very short span of time that is not more than 15-20 sec..and when I m on the verge of detection there is a ring type mark at the end of my pennis (showing the limit where I used to grab it while masturbating)...thirdly want to increase my sperm count ....kindly help still have one year time for getting married

1. This symptom might be premature ejaculation but it will not be known until you have sexual intercourse. I suggest you learn more about male normal sexual behavior and take time to understand the exact process of ejaculation and orgasm. You need to relax and not get stressed , this can cause performance related anxiety.
2. The ring can be a skin change due to regular masturbation and does not hold any significance. It is normal for skin to get ring formation on regular stretching.
3. Sperm count is assessed in a laboratory and done for patients with suspected infertility. Please do not worry about increasing sperm count. For peace of mind you can get sperm count done at a laboratory. Only if it is confirmed low, you should consult an urologist.

First you should try to come out of the habit of excessive masturbation.
Try to keep busy yourself in your job.you can try yoga and meditation.
It is not related to premature ejaculation at all.
Do long fore play and there are certain methods to control premature ejaculation like holding of penis at sulcus at the time of impending ejaculation.
Take nutritious food and do exercises for improvement of your health.
