Ring Under Penis Head, Swelling, Dead Skin, Present On Foreskin Ring. Causes?
Hi i am circumcised and i have found recently that around the ring on the bottom of the head of my penis . I noticed a little swelling and what looked like a dead skin type look. I also notices this around the foreskin ring itself as well. I am unsure what it would be and was wondering if i could get some incite from someone?

Thanks for your query.You are circumcised and have a dead skin under the head of the penis.This may be a constricting band of ring around the coronal sulcus of glans penis.This has to be excised under local anesthesia So please consult some surgeon and get it done at earliest.
