Ringing In Ears, Twitching Nostrils, Junctional Tachycardia, Benign Arrythmia Symptoms ?

I have a pulsing in my right ear and a twitching on the outside of my right nostril . They both started about 3 days ago and were just every now and again. Now the pulsing in the ear is constant and the twitching more frequent. I am a 30 year old female it not the best health. 2 weeks ago I suffered an episode of junctional tachycardia and I have been told I have a benign arrythmia plus a Type 1 Level 1 AV blockage. Is what s happening to me today something I should be concerned about?
