Rise In Heart Beat Is Side Effect Of Mental Intake?

Hi, recently my doctor told me I have a fibroid 4.7cm x 4.7cm, it's very painful. He recommended Meftal 500, I have been taking it for 5 days twice daily but I find my heart starts to beat a little faster which has me very uncomfortable. Please advise me if I should stop taking it.

Hi,

Fast heart rate may not be due to to the medicines you have taken neither it is due tot he fibroid but it has to be ruled out for the cardiac disease.

EKG is the only option that could rule out the abnormality else it can be due to stress, to rule out the possibility of heart disease is most advisable
