I want to take suggestions from ENT specialist...
It is apparent that you are suffering from allergy. You have rightly been prescribed montair lc and antihistaminic. If it is really bad, a short course of steroids may help. For nasal symptoms, take flixonase nasal spray. Avoid any known allergens.
Hello,
You are suffering from persistent rhinosinusitis and allergies definitely need to be excluded with either skin prick tests or specific IgE blood test.
Change of season worsening of symptoms would suggest either pollen or mold allergy and if you have pets at home, that would make it worse if you have allergies to them or if they are bringing them inside from outdoors.
You have taken all antihistamins and nasal steroid sprays are also required with antihistamine plus or minus asthma inhalers if you get shortness of breath.
After finding out the allergens on testing, immunotherapy over 3-5 years may seem the last option if optimal medication is insufficient to control the symptoms.
Thanks.
