Ruttling Sound In Chest, Orange Stains In Pillow After Change Of Anxiety Medicine. Guidance?

i have just switched my anxiety tablets to efexor xl - two to three days later i noticed a slight 'ruttling' sound on my chest which stopped after a few seconds, since i have notice it once or twice every two or three days lasts a couple of seconds. also noticing small orange stains on pillow in the morning during this time?

Hi, it appears that there is no relation of the ruttling sounds from the chest, and color discharge from the mouth, with the change of the pills to efexor xl, There could be some infection in the throat.
I advise you to consult an E.N.T. surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
