SGPT 44,total Cholesterol 245.4 Mg/dL,HDL 58.8, LDL 174.1. Confused.

I am confused lately about my medical test findings. I am male, 27 yrs old. My SGPT is 44, Total Chole is 245.4 mg/dl ( HDL 58.8, LDL 174.1) and my urine analysis under microscopic examination have WBC 6-8, RBC 1-3. please help me on what to do, naturally and under medical supervision. thank you very much.

Hi there...
You have high cholestrol,LDL levels that in addition to dietry restrictions of cholestrol,exercise you may need cholestrol lowering drugs,so you should consult your treating dr for prescription of lipid lowering medication.
