Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your daughter's symptoms.

SVT (supraventricular tachycardia) needs to be evaluated by a cardiologist. A Holter monitoring, echocardiogram and cardiac electrophysiology studies may be required to determine the underlying cause. There are good medications to treat SVT.

The headache may be of vascular origin and related to changes in heart rate and blood pressure. As of now, analgesics such as ibuprofen may be given to relieve the headache.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
