dear friend this is the another name of haemorrhagic conjunctivitis ,caused by picornaviruses .it produces violent inflammatory reactions .person is complaining of larimation and photobia .on examination person having subconjunctival haemorrhages in eye and preauricular lymphadenopathy .treatment :lubricating eyedrops 4_6 times dailyand acivir eye ointment 5 time /day .
